We deliver globally from Italy/Denmark.
The shipping cost will be stated at order placement.

Return policy

We will exchange or refund standard items which you are not happy with, provided they are returned to us in 100% original condition (product & original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. Please ask for proof from your chosen carrier, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or transit damage. Products made to order are not eligible for return.

Delivery

We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver all goods within the period stated upon confirmation of order.
It is a condition of the contract that the customer is responsible for inspecting goods upon delivery. Visible damages are to be noted on the freight document. A written claim should immediately be notified to us by email info@madeamano.com together with a description and pictures. In case of non-visible damage/shortage a notice of claim in writing must be sent to us within 5 days from the delivery date.
